I was delighted to be asked to speak at the Hull and East Riding Asian Cultural evening last night in support of Dove Hospice. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and I really enjoyed joining in with the dancing! I am amazed that last year they raised over £100 000 for this incredible charity that helps people at the end of their lives.
As we look to the future my vision is for a strong united tolerant country. A country that values the diverse skills and strengths different people bring. And a country that recognises and respects our shared history.
I look forward to continuing to build a close and effective relationship with everyone in Hull West and Hessle
