I wanted to let you know about an exciting opportunity for someone in our community to take on a key leadership role. We are currently looking for a Chair for the Pride in Place Board, which will oversee a £20 million investment to be spent over the next ten years specifically in the Boulevard and St Andrews area.
This funding represents a huge chance to make long‑lasting improvements for local people, and we want to make sure the board is led by someone who truly understands the area, its strengths, and its needs.
We are looking for someone who:
-Lives in the local area
-Knows the community well
-Is fair, approachable, and community‑minded
-Can confidently guide the board’s work and help shape future decisions
