Today the Hull University’s Culture, Place and Policy Institute publishes its preliminary evaluation of Hull UK City of Culture 2017.
The findings are very good and highlight how art brings people together and transforms lives, plus how a whole city – council and politicians, businesses, artists, non-cultural bodies, the people themselves – coming together has the power to change things.
