On Monday, I’ll be dropping in to the Humber Business Week opening event before meeting with Will Holman, Deputy Agent of the Yorkshire and Humber Agency of the Bank of England.
On Tuesday, I will be travelling to Peterborough to help Labour’s candidate in the Peterborough by election. This is going to be a very close by election as the seat was won by Labour at the last election with a majority of just 607 and has a history of largely voting for the party who will form the government. I very much hope that Labour’s candidate is successful at the election on Thursday.
On Wednesday, I will be giving the key note address at the opening of the Hull and Humber Chamber of Commerce annual EXPO. I will be setting out my vision for a successful future Hull and talking about what Labour will do, if we form the next government, to help put that into practice.
On Thursday, I will be working in my constituency office, meeting with constituents and assisting them with issues of casework and policy.
On Friday, I will be holding a surgery in the Octagon Centre for constituents to come and tell me about the issues that matter to them. Following this, I will be meeting with Cranswick Country Food.
On Saturday, I will be holding a surgery in Hessle Town Hall before going to the Dove House Family Day.
